What kind of work are you doing for your construction client?
(upbeat music) - When first approaching a construction job, you needed to ask yourself, what does the client need? Well, this is something that you need to set up before you fly. You discuss this in the initial meeting while you take tons of notes. If you are meeting virtually, record the meeting, tell the client that you are recording the meeting, and then make lots of notes based on what the client said. You are working for the client. You need to deliver what the client needs. But sometimes this is easier said than done. If the client doesn't know, and they are just asking you, what can you do for me? You need to point out that drone data helps in every phase from pre-construction bids to site handoff. Also point out that up to 30% of the construction costs are wasted in the field due to coordination errors. Drones help mitigate these losses.
