- [Instructor] If you have access to SharePoint, there are other strategies that you can employ to share templates. I've created a new library, just a basic document library so you can see how this works. I'm going to add a document. And this is a version of styled report final. And it's being uploaded. If a user chooses to open this document template, by default, it's going to open in Word Online, even if I don't choose Word Online. And, this is the template. If I look at it and check out its full name, then what I'll find is that it is the docx version of the document. So this isn't ideal. One choice is to set the permissions for the library so that it's read only, but remember that my users could choose to download this document from the library. And that would work, so they'd have a choice to do that and this would become a read only document. If we have a number of different templates here, then it's very easy for…
