Add a watermark
- [Narrator] You can add a watermark to add branding or a warning to a document. In the design ribbon, go to the watermark menu and for speed or convenience choose one of the pre-made watermarks. The watermark will appear as a light image in the background on every page. If you have sections in your document the watermark will only apply to the pages in that section. So you can even apply different watermarks to different sections of a document. If the premade options don't give you what you need you can choose a custom watermark. Select picture watermark. If you have an image you'd like to use. Click select picture, then browse to the file that you want to use. Make sure the washout option is enabled so that the watermark image will be faded into the background. Making the document more legible. Click apply and close and the watermark will appear Using images with some color can make some nice watermarks.
