- Once you've completed your document here in Word for the Mac, the next logical step might be to share it with others. And there are many different ways to do that here in Word. One option is the old fashioned method of printing out hard copies, something we're going to explore in this movie because, although it's straightforward, there are a couple of things you should be aware of. We're going to do it with our Tech Connect document, Tech Connect 09 if you need to get caught up. This is the finished version of our document. It's in the chapter nine folder of your exercise files. Notice down below in the status bar, there are four pages. When we go to print this out, we have a number of options to choose from. First of all, you can go to the quick access toolbar and find the print button there. If you don't see it, click the dropdown arrow.
