- [Instructor] One thing you'll be doing often here in Word for the Mac is editing documents. The type of content you'll edit most often is text. So in this movie, we're going to explore adding new text, as well as replacing existing text. Let's start by opening up another document, a version of the one we started earlier. We'll go up to File, click there and then choose Open, Command O is the keyboard shortcut. Next we'll navigate to the chapter two folder of the exercise files. I have mine on the desktop. So choosing desktop and then expanding chapter two, I'll find Tech Connect 0201. Clicking Open with it selected opens it up, and you can see it's the same document. Just a lot more text has been added for you, so you don't have to type it in. It's kind of hard to read. It's not very well formatted yet, but we'll get to all of that.
