Print your documents in Word

- [Instructor] Once you've completed your document here in Word, perhaps used editor to proof it, maybe even the accessibility checker as we discussed in an earlier movie. It may be time to share it with others, and there are a number of different options available to us here in Word. That's what we're going to explore in this chapter, beginning in this movie with the old standard printing. We've been working in print layout view. So what we see on our screen is what we get if we send this to the printer. If your slider in the bottom right corner shows 100%, you're actually seeing the actual size of the page and the way it's going to print if you send it to your printer. How do we do that? We go up to the File tab up here in the top left corner, click there, and halfway down the left-hand pane, you'll find Print. Give that a click. Now, what you're going to see here may be different from what I see. It all depends on your printer. Different printers come with different print options…
