- [Instructor] You might not have to do this all the time, but something that everybody has to do once in a while with a Word document is print it. Now we are on the print layout for this document. We can see there pages and you can see everything laid out on your page, so most likely you already know what it's going to look like when you print it. In fact, if I change to the Layout tab, don't forget, in a previous video I showed you how to change the margins, the orientation, such as changing it from portrait to landscape, and even setting the custom size of the document that you're working with, which is, assuming, what you're going to print it out as. To print your document, you need to go to the File menu, and from here about halfway down click Print. You'll get a preview of what it's going to look like, and you can scroll through the arrows through all of the pages of your document. You can adjust the amount of copies that you want to print.
