Move text into columns

- [Instructor] This document was created to be a newsletter to send out to my customers. To make it easier to read and to make it feel more like a newsletter, we can change this to a column format. I'm going to place the cursor anywhere in my document. I'll change to the Layout ribbon tab, and click "Columns". Here's where I can choose the amount of columns that I want in my document. For now, I'll change it to a two column format. Instantly, my document has been changed, and if I want to see what that looks like, I'm going to zoom out so we can get a better look at it. I do see that it's still going onto another page. I'll click "Columns" again, this time let's try a three column format to see what happens. Now it all fits on one page. This is definitely looking like a newsletter. At any time, you can change your document back to a one column format, that is a regular Word document, by coming back and selecting "One".
