- [Narrator] In a previous video, I showed you how to use the immersive reader and focus mode to read your document. Microsoft and Word is very committed to making sure that documents are inclusive to all, and you can do your part by investigating the accessibility and readability of your document before you release it to the wild. When you're all done creating your document, at the very bottom of the screen, you may see a word that says Accessibility, Good to Go. In that case, your document has passed several tests to make sure that your document can be read for all, and that includes being read by screen readers, where it's critical that your document is read in the appropriate order. Now in this case, it says Accessibility Investigate, so I'm going to click on that and we're going to find out what I need to change in my document to make it more inclusive.
