Work beyond the simplified File Explorer
- [Instructor] File Explorer in Windows 11 is simplified to make it easier to use, but there are more options available. In File Explorer, select a file or folder. Options in the toolbar are simplified as icons. There's an icon for Cut, Copy, Paste, Rename, Share, and Delete. These options do not have text labels, just the icons. If you right-click on a file or folder, a menu opens. And again, Cut, Copy, Rename, and Delete are represented as icons. But if you prefer to see full text labels for these, select Show More Options. Now, options like Cut, Copy, Paste, and Rename are represented by text labels, as they were in Windows 10. Also, there are more options in this menu compared to the standard simplified menu in Windows 11.
