- [Narrator] At one time, the best troubleshooting option for those who were having trouble with wifi was to run the wifi troubleshooter that was built into Windows. However, Microsoft has removed the wifi troubleshooter. So that being the case, I want to show you some other things that you can do. So if you're having trouble with wifi, one thing that you can do is to run the network and internet troubleshooter. It's not exactly the same as the wifi troubleshooter, but it may help get you started. So the way that you would access this troubleshooter is simply to click on the start button. From there, you can go to Settings. Next, you would click on System. And then scroll down, and then click on Troubleshoot, and then click Other troubleshooters. And you can find the Network and Internet troubleshooter right here. You would simply click Run, and it would diagnose your connection. Now, in this case, my internet connection…
