This is not Remote Assistance, a feature in Windows 11, it's something completely new and different. Remote Assist is a collaborative application with an interactive and extensive dashboard that can help people work together no matter where they are. The primary focus of Remote Assist is to make it possible for remote users in the field to contact experts in real time when problems arise. The experts that are available can easily participate in whatever the field worker is doing. Field workers can use Dynamic 365 Remote Assist mobile. The mobile app works on iOS and Android. Field workers can share video, screenshots and even annotate what they're working on. When combined with Microsoft's HoloLens technologies, users can work hands on while being able to see the expert.
