Configure and use Quick Assist
- [Instructor] Quick Assist is an app available in Windows 11 that allows users to get assistance from another user. You can also use the app to give assistance to someone. It's a replacement for the old Remote Assistance program and is more streamlined and user-friendly. To open Quick Assist, simply type it at the search bar and click it in the results. You might get a prompt that says there's a new version available in the store. And if you get that prompt, go ahead and get it before continuing if you're following along. Notice it says that Microsoft Quick Assist enables two people to share a computer over a remote connection so that one person can help another solve problems. When you're ready to give assistance, simply click Assist Another Person and sign in with your Microsoft account. Once you've done that, you'll get a code.
