Basic configuration of Remote Desktop

- [Narrator] In this section, we'll go into talk about using Remote Desktop in Windows 10. Remote Desktop has been around for several generations of Windows. The functionality in Windows 10 is not that different than previous generations, but the interface used to configure it is different. So off the start menu, I'll click on the gear icon which will take me to settings. I'm looking in the system area and if I scroll down, I'll see second from the bottom, Remote Desktop. This takes us to the basic interface where there is a slider to either turn on or turn off Remote Desktop, mine is grayed out because this particular setting is controlled by my domain. There's also check boxes for whether or not we should keep the PC awake waiting for connections when it is plugged in because if your PC goes to sleep, it typically will not respond to Remote Desktop requests, so you'll need to keep it awake, and another checkbox for…
