- In nearly every interview, the interviewer will at some point invite you to ask questions. One thing you should certainly avoid is saying you don't have any, because this gives the impression that you aren't that interested in the job or even that you lack curiosity in general. Furthermore, the recruiter interview is an excellent opportunity to learn more about whether the position is a good fit for you and whether you really fulfill the criteria that the hiring managers are looking for. If the recruiter does not provide the information during the interview, here are some things to consider asking. How long has this position been open? It might be interesting to know whether the company has just started looking for someone or whether they've been unsuccessfully trying for months to find the right person.
