Enhancing a key with 3D lights
- Now that we've got a 3D environment, we can add some lights. So let's start with first adding an ambient light. The ambient light is the base level of lighting that's used in the scene, and it's kind of like going into a studio or a natural environment. And typically, I lower the light a little bit. In this case, I want this to look like it's indoors. So instead of a bright white or bluish light, I'm going to put a little bit of a warmer feeling into it like we were inside with bulb lighting and lower that intensity down a bit to about 70%. There we go. Let's make sure though that we're using the ambient light here and that applies the base lighting level to the scene. And I'll click okay. You see how it lowered the intensity of the scene and made it darker? That's a little bit too yellow. So I'll just go here to the HSB controls and back that off a bit.
