- [Instructor] There are so many ways to get the measurements you need. So why frameworks? Frameworks gives you a repeatable process in which to measure. We don't have time to cover them all so we're going to hit on the more popular ones. Forrester came up with this back in 2016. It may have a marketing vibe, but this is used a lot. The idea is the higher the score, the more you retain customers. Forrester CX Index score measures how successfully a company delivers customer experiences that create and sustain loyalty. Number two is system usability scale or SUS. It includes a 10-question survey and a Likert scale. It's supposed to be quick and dirty. Number three, the AARRR framework. The letters spell out what is being measured. Since it spells AARRR and thus is also known as start-up pirate metrics. Yep.
