- [Instructor] As DesignOps, you will need to determine the effectiveness of the internal team: where files are kept, growing the team, effectiveness with all stakeholders, how UX works, what tools are used, and more. Of course, those things are all intertwined. You can't have one without the other. The basics of being effective is the team's health. Do they work well together? Do they communicate well with each other? Do they communicate well with others? Do they have what they need to be successful individually and as a team? Do they understand the UX process and how to be successful? If all members of the team don't understand the process, it can be detrimental to the team's health. What's the process is usually one of the first questions teams have. Define it and evangelize it, help the team see how they fit and how to work well with each other and their stakeholders.
