- [Instructor] You can think of the story functionality within Tableau, almost like a PowerPoint Presentation, but on steroids. This is because you can embed interactive dashboards on the story functions of Tableau. This means that the audience can ask you questions and you can interact in real time with the underlying data sources to find insights. We're currently looking at one of my client projects. Now, they're using this for marketing purposes to show the economic impact of their nonprofit in the hopes that they can get more funding. On the first page of this storyboard, we just have a high level impact, and this is an actual dashboard that's been embedded into the storyboard framework. Next, we have the individual project breakdowns, and you can see the interactive component here. So this filter allows us to quickly toggle across the various different projects that they worked on.
