Daily practices to strengthen critical thinking and curiosity
It's very easy to be caught up on the hamster wheel of life and going on autopilot to do things, but if we don't stop, and if we never take a moment to look at where we are, what we're doing, and who we're doing it with, or maybe even who we're doing it for, we run the risk of burnout. It's not sustainable, and quite honestly, it usually leads to being unhappy. So here's the good news. There is an off-ramp to autopilot, literally and figuratively. This course is designed to give you the tools necessary so that you can pause, you can reflect, and you can shift the way you think and as a result the way you act. Think of this like building muscle. You start with small daily reps, you raise the bar over time, and enjoy compounding results. The first step, one question ritual. Before you take action, sending an e-mail, joining a meeting, reviewing a report, I want you to ask yourself what's missing here? Challenge the assumptions. This intentional pause sets your brain to critical mode…
