- [Presenter] As you and your colleagues gain experience with Teams, you'll notice a shift in how you work. And this is a shift that's been measured in many, many organizations. Rather than having as many face-to-face meetings, you'll meet in Teams. Rather than walking to someone's door and knocking to ask 'em a question, you'll click Meet now. As you realize and live into the power of synchronous communication, you'll begin to use Teams more for the kinds of questions that you used to spend a long time crafting an email to ask. So as this shift occurs, what's left in your inbox? Well, by default, you'll have messages from teams in your inbox, missed Teams activities from that integration between Teams and Outlook. By default, you'll get an email from Teams every time you're mentioned, whether it's personal, a channel mention, or a team mention, you'll get a message when you've had someone send you a private chat message.
