- [Instructor] The Insights feature is an add-on that's been available since late in 2019 for most Office 365 subscription users. What Insights does is it uses information from Microsoft Graph as well as artificial intelligence to be able to analyze your work and provide you with more information. So if I click on Insights, I'll see how I could plan my time away, how I could book distraction-free time, all kinds of suggestions. But if I want to know more, I can go to an entire dashboard of analytics right here that tells me about my work patterns, my focus, my wellbeing, and reminds me that I worked past midnight four days in the last month. Insights is filled with tips and suggestions to help you get the most out of not just Microsoft Outlook, but your work.
