- [Instructor] There's some things you can do to chat to make it more efficient for you to use. For example, if I want to make sure that my conversation with Charles Woodwick is always at the top of the list, I can simply choose to pin it. And notice that this conversation space, just Charles and I, appears right there at the top. Similarly, Griffin Snow. These are two people who I chat with on a regular basis. And I'd like to be able just to click rather than scroll down the list to find them. You can also filter the list by name if you wish. So if I'm looking for someone specific, it's not hard to find them. And that's better than simply scrolling and browsing. So click the filter button to be able to filter by name. Or if you want to simply view meetings that you've had when you've chosen to have a video meeting with someone, you can see just the meetings. You can clear that filter off.
