- [Instructor] One more thing that I want to mention about using Syntex Content Assembly. Using this tool, you have the ability to create conditional text in your document that will only be visible under predefined conditions. For instance, in our statement of work, there's a clause that says, "Payment of services invoiced that are not received in 30 days will be subject to a penalty." But we only want this clause to show up in agreements where the total is over $30,000. Otherwise, it shouldn't be included. So let's go back and edit the modern template. In the library where it's applied, click New, then select Edit New menu. In the panel on the right, find the template and click the vertical ellipses on the far right. Then select Edit. The template will reopen in edit mode. Let's select the clause we're worried about and click Conditional section. We need to add a name and verify that you've got the right text selected, and then click Next. We can now set the conditions under which…
