Therefore, I suggest maintaining human oversight to ensure ethical decision making and accountability. Using AI to review performance involves collecting and analyzing large amounts of employee data, raising concerns about privacy. This means you need to work with your IT team to implement robust data protection measures and comply with relevant data privacy regulations. You should communicate clearly with employees, share how their data will be used, and emphasize the security measures in place to protect sensitive information.
