Building rapport with prospects creates a foundation of trust and mutual respect, making them more receptive to your sales message. Rapport is one of the most human aspects of sales. It is what separates a human interaction versus that of a bot or AI chat. After this lesson, you'll be able to establish genuine connections using empathetic communication techniques. Your initial conversation is your opportunity to create your foundation and build your rapport. Some reps are uncomfortable with building rapport or deem it a waste of time.
