- [Voiceover] We talked previously about how you can build projections for long-term forecasts based on data. Let's take a look at how we might start to do this in practice. I'm in the 0203 begin Excel file. Now, what you'll see here is I've pulled a snippet from our long-term forecast that we looked at previously, and we had the income statement with sales and a CAGR, and we have net income and down below we have various balance sheet items, right? Like for example, accounts receivable in terms of the turnover was 10 turns. Well, you might ask yourself, where does that 10 turns come from or the four turns? And the answer of course, is that we're going to start by building this off of our historical figures, but those historical figures may or may not represent the future. In fact, we might undertake various projects to try to get inventory turnover as an example, to rise or fall in our case, probably fall based on, say,…
