- [Instructor] As such, you can input data and output ideas, summarizing perhaps each session or perhaps aggregating across participants. There are plenty of tools that can be used to create transcripts of sessions. These use rudimentary AI logic to make sure that adjacent words make enough sense to each other or at least sort of make sense but don't often look beyond this to make sure that a full sentence or paragraph is actually coherent enough to represent what might have been said. So particularly, if you are doing research that is more focused on what is said than what is done, such as interviews or focus groups, you could theoretically experiment by starting with something as raw as the transcripts themselves and ask AI to summarize key findings from the interview. By all means, feel free to experiment with this. But I caution that transcripts will still take time to clean up so that AI can understand what was…
