This course gave a broad overview of how to use AI in UX Design and Research at a high level. It also gives very helpful resources for how to mitigate against bias in AI, which can cause harm to specific communities. The resources the instructor gives are very clear and helpful as well.

She goes over AI concepts and prompting basics, gives an overview of the most critical tools for UX research, design, and copywriting, and covers AI policies and ethical risks for UX professionals. She also shows you how to create a UX-specific AI code of conduct, and details some ethical and inclusive practices for UX professional using AI tools and workflows.
