- [Presenter] Depending on your role in the IT organization, you may support teams located in multiple offices already. If you do support groups in multiple locations, after the migration, you might be supporting additional offices. These offices might be in new geographic areas. The likelihood is high that after you acquire a new company, the employees in the new company will be working in different locations, in different cities, and different time zones. Potentially they may work in different countries than where your current offices are located. And don't forget the impact of the pandemic. Post-pandemic the new company may have a different policy on work at home or alternate work locations.
