I believe that how you start your day matters. It sets the tone. And if you're like 70 to 80% of people, within 15 minutes of waking up, you check your phone. The problem with this is that you're letting everyone else decide your mindset for the day, instead of setting the tone yourself. So I'm going to challenge you to create a positive mindset morning routine. This routine is a way to fill your own cup before diving into everything the world demands of you. Here are some suggestions for your routine. I want you to pick at least three. One, don't look at your phone as tempting as it is. Get yourself an analog alarm clock, keep your phone in another room, commit to taking just 20 minutes in the morning before responding to everyone else's demands and priorities. Two, meditate. Even just five minutes of quiet breathing can help you calm your mind and reduce stress. Three, move your body. Physical activity improves brain function, boosts endorphins, and sets a positive tone for the day.…
