- For our learners to have an excellent experience in any program or initiative we build and deploy, the experiences need to deliver a blend of the impact that illuminates the mind and touches the heart. Think about the last time you watched a great movie. You might've laughed, cried, and reflected on what you saw on the big screen. Our learners are looking for a movie-like experience that connects all the senses, inspiring them to learn and grow. At the core of those senses are our hearts and our minds. Here are three simple tactics you can use to do this today in your organization. First, leverage human-centered design.
