- Staying focused is key to managing your time well. But working from home comes with its own unique challenges, especially when it comes to sight and sounds. Let's tackle those distractions together. Start by trying this simple exercise. Set a timer for two minutes and grab a notepad. Sit quietly in your workspace and notice everything you see and hear. Make note of anything that could pull your attention away from your work. Go ahead and pause this video while you jot those notes down, and then I'll be right here when you come back. Did you give it a try? Great. Let's talk about some common distractions you might have noticed and how to address them. Do you see people passing outside your window?
