Moving faster doesn't mean rushing. It means working with intention, focus and flow. In production work, the speed of your task directly affects the pace of your team. But here's the trick, if you rush and make mistakes, you'll actually slow things down. So how do you increase speed and keep quality? Well, start by knowing your process inside and out. The more familiar you are with the steps, the less time your brain spends figuring out what's next. And that frees up mental space to move confidently from task to task. Second, eliminate time wasters. Are you double backing because your tools aren't in the right place? Or are you losing time looking for instructions? Streamline your space and prepare your materials ahead of time. And third, focus on flow. Instead of stopping and starting between tasks, group similar tasks together whenever you can.
