- Now we come to a very common project management mistake and I think this is the most forgivable one. I think it's fine to have made this mistake but once I show you it, I think you'll be really interested in this and you'll never make the mistake again. And this is that some people don't have a Gantt of Gantts and what I mean by that is some people don't plan for the resources required for all the other projects. So they have a plan for their one project and yes, great, I can do that, I've got enough people, but they forget that they've got other projects on at the same time and if they only had a Gantt of Gantts, it would solve that problem.
