- Businesses are making great strides with analytics, but despite their success stories, they still run into challenges. Business analysis can't solve every challenge, but it can tackle some. In this video, I'll highlight a few of the top challenges where your business analysis skills can make a difference. Challenge number one, inconsistent or lack of buy-in from upper level management to adopt analytics. As a business analyst, you have experience presenting ideas to management in securing project funding. The same skills can be applied to advocate for analytics with senior leaders. Here are some approaches to consider, propose an MVP or pilot project that addresses a business problem on a small scale, demonstrating the value and impact of analytics.
