- From time to time here at The Practicing Photographer, we practice some video because these days it's the rare photographer who isn't asked to occasionally do some video production chores of one kind or another. If you've shot much video, you know that very often the most difficult part of getting good video is not figuring out a nice composition, not figuring out your exposure, none of that kind of stuff. The hard part with video can be audio, because if you end up making the boneheaded decision of shooting a video while standing on top of an overpass over a six lane highway, you end up with audio like this.
