- Okay, now let's discuss the criteria you should take into consideration while building your AI portfolio. I will be showing a spreadsheet and guide you step by step using an example with AI project candidates. Before we start, remember the AI maturity model and that your selected projects should reflect your company's level of maturity. If you are a beginner, start small and start with awareness. Move to tiny experimentations, then to creating an operational AI process. Advance to introducing AI to all business lines. And lastly, adopt AI as a business philosophy. Okay, so let's dive in. In this spreadsheet, we have two criteria, standard criteria on the left in blue and strategic criteria to the right in green. On the far left, you can see our real life examples with a short description, a Call Center Chatbot, a Virtual Fitting Room that we can either buy from one of the three shortlisted companies or build with a trusted vendor.
