- Skills are evolving faster than ever before. This is not hyperbole or fear-mongering either. LinkedIn did an analysis of the number of job posts with the term generative AI. It wasn't two or five times more than last year. It was 36 times more. And the number of job postings containing GPT, that went up by 51%. But the reality is very few people have a bachelor's or a master's degree in ChatGPT right now. Sure, some programmers and coders are going to have more training in this area but there's certainly not enough experts to meet the demand. Now, AI is a hot topic but it's not the only way work is changing. What about automation, robotics, autonomous vehicles? And the list goes on.
