Every maturity score tells a story, but the overall number, that's just the headline. The real story is what's underneath, where you're strong, where you're weak, which dimensions is holding everything else back, whether your people are ready, but your systems aren't or vice versa. Two organizations can both be at level 2.5 overall and need completely different strategies. One might need to invest in infrastructure, the other might need to fix culture. The overall score doesn't really tell you which. So in this video, we're going to show you how to read the full story in your AI Mark report, how to spot the patterns that matter, and how to turn those patterns into your strategic roadmap. This is your maturity report. At the top, you see your overall maturity, your organization's aggregate score across all eight dimensions.
