Let's talk about operations, because I think the whole point of AI adoption for most companies is thinking through how they can leverage AI into the flow of work to add value. And yet still today, for most companies, AI exists as a chatbot, right? It's in a mobile app, it's in a browser. You ask a question, you take the responses, you go back to your CRM or your e-mail, and then you paste that answer. But the reality is that we're moving into that agentic era where all of this can be automated. You're starting to see more companies. This week, Zendesk came out with their bot and said, it can answer 70 percent of customer inquiries. That is amazing when you think of what the future of work looks like for a lot of companies and them rethinking what their operational flow needs to be.
