The AI-first executive

Welcome to the AI First Executive, Habits and Prompts for 10 Times Leadership. My name is Andy Sack, co-founder of Forum3, long-time digital executive, been an entrepreneur, a venture capitalist, and most recently, I worked directly with Satya Nadella out of the Office of CEO at Microsoft on digital transformation. Hi, everyone. I'm Adam Rotman, co-founder and CEO of Forum3. Forum3 is a digital and AI transformation company that helps brands really understand how to maximize their business and incorporate the best strategies for digital AI in this new AI era. And I also am a lifelong digital executive and entrepreneur. And most notably, I was the chief digital officer at Starbucks and spent a couple of years as a leader at J.Crew. And we were co-authors of a book called AI First, which came out this summer and is available at Amazon. And AI First is really our learning journey of trying to understand AI as a technology and its application in terms of use cases and what companies are doing to become AI First. And the book is really broken into two parts. The first part is interviews with leaders of really the large language models, whether that be Sam Altman, Mustafa Salihman, Bill Gates, Reid Hoffman. And then the second part is the journey in the application of AI, in which we went and spoke to Sal Khan from Khan Academy and Moderna and other companies to really see which companies were AI-first. In today's course, we focus on the AI-first executive and what it means to increase your productivity 10 times by making better decisions faster. This is the second course in the AI-first series. Today's agenda, we have four chapters. First, we'll talk about executive leverage with AI. Second, we'll talk about the details of prompt and and context engineering for executives. In chapter three, we illustrate that with a case study, and we talk about AI augmented meetings, insights, and actions. And lastly, we'll talk about how executives can coach your organization to scale AI.
