As we talked about in the first course, a key thing that we learned in our research for the book and the writing of the book and talking to all these leaders is that AI first leaders make better decisions faster because they know how to bring AI to the table to help them with their tasks. And ultimately, studies have shown that AI will help you make not just faster decisions and do things with less resource and time, but make better decisions.
