Now, in chapter four, we want to talk about how you as an executive can coach your organization's AI habits. One of the things that we've been talking about in this course and in this series is how AI-first companies have AI-first leaders. And a key part of the leader mentality of an AI-first executive is emphasizing usage. We talked about usage creates this proficiency. The best way to get proficiency is through usage. So you've got to drive that as a leader. You've got to create leader boards. Like Andy has said, you have to highlight and celebrate individuals who are using AI every day. Don't just let that happen organically. Make sure you showcase that. And give rewards, lunches, and shoutouts to those that are using it. So really encourage and demonstrate usage as a leader. The second thing is, as a leader, embed AI into the way your work gets done in a very upfront way. Don't just have it be subtle.
