Chapter three, we're now gonna try to illustrate prompting and context engineering through a case study. And in that process, you'll see AI augmented meetings, insights and action. So let me set the stage for you. Dune Espresso, a company that sells predominantly coffee and pastries has 300 locations and they have a business problem. In the summer, July and August, cold beverage sales declined significantly when compared to last year. And the executives, they had all the data, but they didn't really have real insight from the data. They couldn't answer the question as to why cold beverage sales declined. Summer is peak season and critical to the business. And they were scratching their heads over what to do about the decline in sales. They turned to AI.
