Spinning up a database in Amazon Redshift Serverless
- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll be exploring Amazon Redshift, and we'll be working from the AWS Management Console. And we'll be working from the AWS region, North Virginia, which is US East one. So we'll navigate to Amazon Redshift, and we'll click into the service and just wanted to bring to your attention as well. If you're a first time user, I'll just navigate to the Amazon Redshift dashboard. If you're a first time user and you've never used Amazon Redshift before or your team, you have access to a free trial period, which entitles you to use $300 worth of AWS credits within 90 days. And you'll see an orange button, which will have access to the free trial period. And I've already used my free trial period back in 2023.
