- Let's go ahead and color correct these clips. Each editing tool's a little bit different, but you're going to make an adjustment that you might be familiar with, particularly if you've worked with graphic design tools. It's called a curves adjustment, and it allows you to adjust tone in the shot. Let's take a look at this first one here. And Premiere offers a color workspace to make this a bit easier. What we can do here is actually look at our scopes as we're working and get a good idea of the shot. I'm going to take a look here at a scope that is called a histogram, and this will look very much like what you're used to in a video editing tool, except you see that it's just rotated on its side. And so, it's the same as going from zero to 100, like you might be used to, or zero to 255, but it's just a little bit spiky. And we can turn down the waveform monitor here.
