- The changing nature of the workforce challenges us to be more adaptable and flexible, to see opportunities outside of a traditional career ladder. Whether it be recognizing what energizes you or identifying what's most important in your life, this course is all about self-exploration and planning. I recommend utilizing assessments to help you understand your natural strengths, as well as solicit anonymous feedback to uncover potential blind spots. I've provided a resource guide with recommendations in the exercise files. We've learned that by taking the time to create a career vision, identifying the resources you need and having the right conversations, you can create a path that's authentic and achievable.
