There will be moments when, without even realizing it, it's in your hand. You're looking at something and you don't even know how it got there. Let's discuss what to do when this happens. First, be forgiving with yourself. Any time you seek to establish a new habit, there are going to be setbacks, that's natural. Your goal is to create progress over time. You want your general trend to move in a positive direction, regardless of the little ups and downs you have along the way. Our goal is progress, not perfection.
