One of the most important strategic measures of a company's health is the revenue it's generating. And in this movie, I will show you how to display revenue trends within a strategic dashboard. The sample file I'm using in Excel is 06_05_Revenue, and you can find it in the Chapter 6 folder of the Exercise Files collection. And this is exactly what you think it is. It's just revenue broken down by month for two years. So if I scroll down, you see that it goes all the way to the month of December in 2024. And with that in mind, I can switch over to Tableau, visualize it, and add it to a dashboard. The Tableau workbook that I'm using is 06_05_RevenueTrends, also in the Chapter 6 folder of the Exercise Files collection, and I'm currently displaying the strategic dashboard with the other measures I added previously.
